摘  要:采用阳离子型离子液体表面活性剂1-十四烷基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐为毛细管胶束电动色谱(MEKC)的假固定相,引入了场放大进样-扫集在线双富集技术,建立了三种头孢菌素类抗生素(头孢他啶、头孢噻肟钠和头孢曲松钠)分离检测的方法。详细考察了影响在线富集、分离和检测的因素,在优化的条件下,三种药物可在10 min内得到分离。同常规的扫集-MEKC法相比,采用这种在线双富集技术对头孢他啶、头孢噻肟钠和头孢曲松钠的富集倍数分别达到113、97和100。该方法简便、快速、灵敏、重现性好,并且成功用于尿样中三种药物的分离测定,结果令人满意。An ionic liquid based on cationic surfactant 1-dodecyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide was employed as pseudostationary phase in micellar electrokinetic chromatography(MEKC),and an on-line dual concentration technique based on field amplified sample injection(FASI)and sweeping was introduced to establish a method for the separation and detection of three cephalosporin antibiotics(ceftazidime,cefotaxime sodium,and ceftriaxone sodium).The factors affecting enrichment,separation and detection were studied in detail.Under the optimum conditions,the three drugs could be well separated within 10 min.In comparison with the conventional sweeping-MEKC method,the present on-line dual concentration technique enabled the enrichment factors reach 113-fold,97-fold,and 100-fold for ceftazidime,cefotaxime sodium,and ceftriaxone sodium,respectively.The proposed method was simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible,and it was applied to determine the three drugs in spiked urine samples with satisfactory assay results.
