摘  要:工业级高潜热相变石蜡存在高熔点、低导热和易泄漏的问题。为此本文采用熔融共混法和真空吸附法制成熔点为25~50℃的新型二元石蜡/陶粒复合相变材料,并对其进行了纳米石墨的改性研究,采用温度记录仪、DSC、XRD、SEM等手段对相变材料的热物性和微观结构进行测试分析。结果表明:当固体石蜡质量分数为50%,二元石蜡有最低相变温度25.5℃,相变潜热为97.66 J/g,是1种良好的低成本相变储能材料。掺入1%的纳米石墨时,样品的导热性增强,储放热速率加快。当改性二元石蜡与陶粒质量比为3∶7时复合相变材料表现出良好的热稳定性。苯丙乳液+氮化铝对复合相变材料进行二次封装,有效的减少其泄漏,经历了(-10)~60℃500次加热/冷却循环后,样品仍具有良好的传热储热性能,表明纳米石墨改性二元石蜡/陶粒定型效果较好,减少能源消耗,运用到日光温室与建筑领域有很大的意义。Industrial-grade high latent heat phase change paraffin has the problems of high melting point,low thermal conductivity,and easy leakage.In this paper,a new binary paraffin/ceramsite composite phase change material with a melting point of 25~50℃was prepared by the melt blending method and vacuum adsorption method,and its modification of nano graphite was studied.The thermophysical properties and micro-structure of phase change materials were tested and analyzed using temperature recorder,DSC,XRD,and SEM.The results show that when the mass fraction of solid paraffin is 50%,the minimum phase transition temperature of binary paraffin is 25.5℃ and the latent heat of phase transition is 97.66 J/g,indicating that it is a good low-cost phase change energy storage material.When 1%nano graphite is added,the thermal conductivity of the sample is enhanced and the heat storage and release rate is accelerated.When the mass ratio of binary paraffin to ceramsite is 3:7,the composite phase change material shows good thermal stability.Styrene acrylic emulsion and aluminum nitride composite encapsulated phase change materials for two times,effectively reducing leakage.After 500 heating/cooling cycles at(-10)~60℃,the samples still have good heat transfer and heat storage properties,indicating that nano graphite modified binary paraffin/ceramsite has a good molding effect,reduces energy consumption,and can make a difference in the solar greenhouse and construction field.
