摘　　要：随着我国经济政策调整、三孩政策开放,家庭人口结构与行为模式不断变化,现有住宅建筑并不能满足家庭全寿命周期居住变化的需求,而装配式内装体系的弹性空间住宅是1个较好的解决方案,尤其对受经济条件所限、不能及时换购大户型的住户是1个理想的选择。本文基于大开间户型发展背景下,分析当前住宅设计的主要问题,针对弹性空间适应性、可变性原理,总结出设计要点,并从装配式内装角度出发,提出一些实现空间灵活多变的技术手段,为装配式内装体系弹性空间住宅的实现提供一些解决方案。With the adjustment of China's economic policies and the release of the three-child policy,the family population structure and behavior patterns are constantly changing.The existing residential buildings can not meet the needs of the living changes in the family life cycle,while the fabricated interior fit-out system housing offers a better solution,and it is an ideal choice for the residents who cannot purchase a bigger houses in time under the restriction of economic conditions.Based on the background of the development of large-bay residence type,the paper analyzed the main problems of current residential design,summarized the key points of residential design according to the principle of adaptability and variability of elastic design.And from the perspective of fabricated interior fit-out system,some technical means to realize flexible space were proposed,providing some solutions for the realization of elastic space residence of fabricated interior fit-out system.
