摘　　要：原油船期优化的目的是在原油资源采购、企业需求、油轮装载量、拼装限制以及港口接卸能力等约束条件下,求解卸货港滞期及运费最小的优化目标。本研究借鉴组合优化和网络优化的建模思路,依托图形化优化建模软件全局资源优化模型系统(GROMS)构建原油船期优化模型,在此基础上添加必要的整数约束条件,形成完整的船期优化的混合整数规划模型,调用混合整数求解器进行求解,可以在较短时间内得到满足相关约束条件及滞期费和运费最小的精确最优解。原油船期优化模型的搭建和求解由数据整理、数据入库、模型参数设置、自动建模和计算分析5部分组成。通过原油船期优化管理体系的建设和实施,可以提高原油船舶利用效率,降低原油船运的滞期费。The purpose of crude oil vessel schedule optimization is to solve the optimization objective of minimizing the demurrage and freight rate at the unloading port under the constraints of crude oil resource procurement,enterprise demands,tanker loading,assembly restrictions,and port receiving and discharging capacity.Based on the modeling ideas of combinatorial optimization and network optimization,this paper relies on the Global Resource Optimization Modeling System(GROMS),a graphical optimization modeling software,to construct a crude oil vessel schedule optimization model.On this basis,the necessary integer constraints are added to form a complete mixed integer programming model for vessel schedule optimization,and the mixed integer solver is adjusted to solve it,so that the accurate optimal solution that meets the relevant constraints and minimizes demurrage and freight can be obtained in a short time.The construction and solution of crude oil vessel schedule optimization model consists of such 5 parts as data collation,data loader,model parameter setting,automatic modeling,and calculation and analysis.Through the construction and implementation of crude oil vessel schedule optimization management system,the crude oil vessel utilization efficiency is improved and the demurrage cost of crude oil shipments is reduced.
