摘　　要：渤海油田储层地质特性以疏松砂岩为主,随着开采时间的增加,油气井会出现垢堵、砂堵、产量下降等问题。目前在对其疏松砂岩储层进行压裂增产改造后,需重新对疏松砂岩储层作防砂处理,由于受到小筛管机械防砂自身特性的限制,最终的防砂工程通常会出现防砂效果稳定性差、有效期短等问题。文章通过防砂筛管性能对比优选、管柱结构设计、数值仿真可靠性分析和地面实验,成功研制了一套适用于海上油田的新型双向膨胀悬挂预充填筛管的防砂管柱,为射孔压裂后的筛管建立挡砂屏障。经过现场试验,该型管柱具有悬挂牢靠、密封效果好、防砂性能稳定等优点。新型防砂管柱结构不仅能够提升海上过筛管射孔压裂增产措施的效果,而且对筛管破损井治理具有很好的指导借鉴意义。The geological characteristics of the reservoirs in Bohai Oilfield are mainly unconsolidated sandstone.With the increase of production time of oil and gas wells,many problems may be encountered such as scale blockage,sand blockage and decreased production.At present,after fracturing stimulation in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,it is necessary to retreat the unconsolidated sandstone reservoir for sand control.Due to the limitations of small screen mechanical sand control characteristics,the final sand control engineering usually faces the problems such as poor stability and short validity period of sand control effect.In this article,a new type of bidirectional expansion suspension pre filled sand control pipe column,suitable for offshore oil fields,has been successfully developed,by comparing and optimizing the performance of sand control screen pipes,designing the pipe column structure,analyzing the reliability of numerical simulation and conducting ground experiments.The sand blocking screen is established for the screen pipes after perforation and fracturing.Field experiments have proved that this type of pipe column has advantages such as reliable suspension,good sealing effect and stable sand control performance.The new sand control string structure can not only improve the effectiveness of offshore screening,perforation,and fracturing stimulation measures,but also have good guidance and reference significance for the treatment of screen damaged wells.
