摘 要:在塔河缝洞型稠油油藏开采过程中,通常采用掺稀降黏的技术进行生产,掺稀降黏开采井井筒条件复杂,井底压力测试难度较大,主要通过测试环空液面数据折算井底压力进行分析。目前,已有的井底压力折算方法对于掺入稀油的影响考虑不足,并且常规试井解释无法处理关井前注稀油防堵塞措施的影响。考虑掺入稀油的影响,建立了一套适用于掺稀开采井的液面数据井底压力折算方法,同时针对不同测试曲线特征,分别建立了多级流量处理及变井筒储集效应处理的分析方法,综合形成了一套改进的掺稀开采井的液面数据试井分析方法。应用该方法进行现场实例计算,结果表明计算结果可靠性较好,为缝洞型稠油油藏掺稀降黏开采井的液面数据分析从数据处理到试井解释提供了一整套实用的应用方法。In the process of exploitation of Tahe fractured vuggy heavy oil reservoir,the technology of reducing heavy oil vicosity by dilution is usually used for production.The wellbore conditions with heavy oil viscosity reduction by dilution are complex and the bottom hole pressure test is difficult.The bottom hole pressure is mainly converted by testing the annulus liquid level data for analysis.At present,the existing bottom hole pressure conversion methods do not consider the impact of mixing thin oil,and the conventional well test interpretation can not deal with the impact of thin oil injection anti blocking measures before shut in.Considering the impact of adding thin oil,a set of bottom hole pressure conversion methods for liquid level data applicable to thin oil extraction wells has been established.At the same time,analysis methods for multi-level flow processing and variable wellbore storage effect processing have been established for different test curve characteristics,comprehensively forming a complete set of well testing analysis methods for liquid level data of thin oil extraction wells.The application of this method for field example calculation shows that the calculation results of this method are reliable,providing a complete set of practical application methods for the analysis of liquid level data in fractured and vuggy heavy oil reservoirs,from data processing to well testing interpretation.
