摘　　要：为了防止原油结块影响输油管线的正常运行,会在油井与增压点之间定期投放清蜡球,收球装置是增压点定期回收清蜡球应用而生的设备。长庆油田收球装置种类繁多,收球速度慢,清蜡球取出后需要二次清洗且伤害环境,同时不能在线监测,为此研制了新型输油管线在线电磁加热收球装置。该装置主要包括快速收球装置、高效内加热体和在线电磁加热控制柜三个关键部位。在保证输油管线正常运行的情况下,将清蜡球快速导入收球筒内,具有收球等待时间短、加热快、智能控制的特性,避免了人工收球来回倒流程、开关阀门等工序。收球装置加热通过电磁无热源内加热方式,提高了加热效率,缩短了加热时间。能够根据季节温度变化,实时加热功率的调节,节能效果明显。而且该收球装置采用一体化设计,适用于野外偏远地区,对工作环境温度无要求,使用寿命长,且有利于环境保护,通过远程控制终端,实现无人值守自动收球。目前,该装置在长庆油田投运3套,实现了输油管线清蜡球自动收球,清蜡球所携带的蜡被及时融化又降低能耗,具有很强的推广价值。In order to prevent crude oil caking from affecting the normal operation of the oil pipeline,wax removal balls are regularly placed between the oil well and the pressurization point.The ball collecting device is the equipment that is used to periodically recover the wax removal balls at the pressurization point.In view of the wide variety of ball collecting devices used in Changqing Oilfield,the ball collecting speed is slow,and the wax removal ball needs to be cleaned twice to pollute the environment after it is taken out,and at the same time,it can not be monitored online.A rapid ball collecting device is carried out.The design and research of the key parts of the efficient internal heating body and the online electromagnetic heating control cabinet have developed a new type of online electromagnetic heating ball collecting device for oil pipelines.Under the condition of ensuring the normal flow of crude oil in the oil pipelines,the wax removal ball can be easily introduced into the ball collecting barrel for ball collecting.It has the characteristics of fast heating and heating,short waiting time for ball collecting,intelligent control,and avoiding the need for manual ball collecting to reverse the flow and open and close the valve.At present,three sets of this device have been put into operation in Changqing Oil Field,realizing the automatic collection of wax removal balls in oil pipelines,ensuring the timely melting of wax carried by wax removal balls and reducing energy consumption,and its excellent performance has been praised by users.
