摘　　要：结合社区服务设施发展社区养老已逐渐成为城市养老服务的趋势,然而社区嵌入式养老设施在实践中存在诸多问题。文章以上海市老龄化程度较高的虹口区为例,结合实地调研,分析上海市社区综合服务设施的基本特点,并基于多主体参与的建筑策划群决策结果,提出社区综合服务设施的优化策略。Development of neighborhood elderly care in combination of neighborhood service facilities has gradually become a trend of urban elderly care services.However,there are many problems in the practice of neighborhood embedded elderly care facilities.Taking Hongkou District Shanghai with higher degree of aging as an example,this paper analyzes the basic characteristics of neighborhood comprehensive service facilities in Shanghai by means of field survey,and proposes optimization strategies for neighborhood comprehensive service facilities on the basis of decision making results of multi-agent participatory building planning group decisionmaking results.
