义井砂器工艺过程分析及对快烧砂器起源的探讨

摘　　要：快烧砂器近几年迅速消失,但它曾经是中国产煤区广泛流传的砂器烧制形式,正是由于普遍而廉价,历来对其来龙去脉缺乏深入研究。义井地区的快烧砂器烧制早在十年前就已经消失,但是通过对其以及其他地区快烧砂器的成型工艺、窑炉结构、烧制工艺等比较分析,可以发现义井砂器生产工艺是从普通陶瓷烧制方法向快速烧成过渡的中间阶段,正是在它的基础上发展出了后来流行于大江南北的活动窑盖型快烧砂器炉灶。The quick-firing sandware has disappeared rapidly in recent years,but it was once a widely used form of sandware in China's coal-producing areas.Because of its popularity and cheapness that there has always been a lack of in-depth study of its origin.The quick-firing sandware in Yijing has disappeared as early as ten years ago,but through the analysis of its molding process,kiln structure,firing process,etc.,we believe that its production process of sandware is the middle stage of transition from ordinary ceramic firing method to rapid firing,and it is on the basis of it that the movable kiln cover type of quick-burning sandware stoves have been developed and become popular in the north and south of the Yangtze River late.
