我国东西部地区投入产出配比价值系数分析及启示

摘　　要：改革开放40多年来,中国经济建设取得了骄人的成就,国内生产总值位居世界第二,全球经济总量占比高达18.5%。但受众多因素影响,我国国民经济蓬勃发展进程中也存在着一些问题,其中东西部地区经济发展不平衡问题尤为明显。众所周知,投资与经济发展息息相关,固定资产投资作为全社会投资的重要组成部分,一方面极大促进了区域经济的发展,另一方面也是造成我国东西部地区经济差距不断扩大的主要原因之一。本文采用“投入产出配比价值系数”这一指标,基于我国东西部地区2011—2020年10年间国内生产总值、固定资产投资等相关数据,系统分析了东西部地区的投入产出效果,为中央政府制定缩小区域经济发展上的差距、推动东西部地区协调发展的相关政策提供参考。Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China􀆳s economic construction has made remarkable achievements,with its gross domestic product ranking second in the world and accounting for up to 18.5%of the global economy.However,influenced by many factors,there are also some problems in the process of the vigorous development of China􀆳s national economy,among which the problem of unbalanced economic development in the eastern and western regions is particularly obvious.As we all know,investment is closely related to economic development,and investment in fixed assets,as an important part of social investment,has greatly contributed to the development of regional economy on the one hand,and is one of the main reasons for the widening economic gap between the eastern and western regions of China on the other.This paper adopts the index of“inputoutput matching value coefficient”and systematically analyzes the effect of input-output in the eastern and western regions based on the data of GDP and fixed asset investment in the ten years from 2011 to 2020.It provides reference for the central government to formulate policies to narrow the regional economic development gap and promote the coordinated development of the eastern and western regions.
