少量挂件失效引起的吊顶整体垮塌质量事故分析

摘　　要：论文对某商场轻钢龙骨吊顶垮塌质量事故进行原因分析,结果表明,大面积复杂造型导致吊顶荷载过大,且使用了不合格挂件,在少量挂件失效后,吊顶结构内力重新分布,周边挂件内力增大超过其承载力,挂件以破坏处为圆心向外依次破坏,形成连锁反应,导致吊顶出现整体垮塌。This paper analyzes the causes of the collapse quality accident of the light steel keel ceiling in a shopping mall.The results show that the ceiling bears too much load and unqualified furring hangers are used.After a few furring hangers fail,the internal force of the ceiling structure is redistributed,the internal force of the surrounding furring hangers increases beyond its bearing capacity,and the furring hangers are damaged outward in turn with the initial damage as the center,forming a chain reaction,resulting in the overall collapse of the ceiling.
