摘　　要：改革开放以来,中国共产党发展观经历了三个阶段的演进,即以经济建设为先的发展观,以人为本的全面发展观,以人民为中心的“新发展理念”。在这一过程中积累了弥足珍贵的经验,即始终坚持发展为了人民的价值旨归,始终依据社会主要矛盾变化适时调整发展动力,始终坚持在继承中发展创新的实践路径。中国共产党发展观为改革开放和社会主义现代化建设提供了根本的战略指导,为丰富发展和创新马克思主义提供了中国经验,为世界各国的发展提供了中国智慧和中国方案。中国共产党发展观的演进过程就是党的发展哲学不断系统化的过程,也是马克思主义不断中国化的过程。Since the reform and opening up of China,the Communist Party of China has undergone three stages of development,namely,the outlook on development with economic construction as the first priority,the people-first comprehensive outlook on development and the people-centered“new concept of development”.During this process,we have accumulated invaluable experience,namely,we have always committed to the value of development for the people,we have always adjusted the development momentum according to the changes of social principal contradictions,and we have always upheld the practical path of development through inheritance.This outlook on development has provided fundamental strategic guidance for reform and opening up and socialist modernization,Chinese experience for the enrichment,development and innovation of Marxism,and Chinese wisdom and solutions for the development of all countries in the world.The evolution of the Communist Party of China's outlook on development is the process of the continuous systematization of the Party's philosophy of development,as well as the process of the continuous Sinicization of Marxism.
