输出级底座综合环境劣化分析与可靠性寿命研究

摘　　要：本文以输出极底座的使用安装环境作为输入条件,对材料进行敏感应力分析与单一应力劣化分析,将TGA分析的理论结果与温湿度应力下的实际结果进行对比,获得输出极底座的加速方程,从而掌握输出极底座的可靠性寿命方程。In this paper,the installation environment of the base of the output pole is taken as the input condition,and the sensitive stress analysis and single stress degradation analysis are carried out.The theoretical results of TGA analysis were compared with the actual results under temperature and humidity stress.The acceleration equation of output stage base is obtained,and the reliability life equation of output stage base is mastered.
