摘  要:通过阅读大量的文献了解国内外受电弓碳滑板磨耗检测技术的现状,对现有受电弓磨耗检测技术进行总结分析。在此基础上提出了基于结构光的非接触式高速铁路受电弓检测技术,该技术通过特定传感器光源扫描接触网及受电弓,利用视觉传感及图像处理等技术提取结构光曲线,采用三维测量技术获取被测物体的三维轮廊,并对获取的轮廊点云数据进行分析,实现受电弓碳滑板磨耗、掉块等故障的在线非接触测量。Through reading a large number of documents,this paper understands the current situation of the pantograph carbon slide wear detection technology at home and abroad.Summarizes and analyzes the existing pantograph wear detection technology,and creatively proposes a non-contact high-speed railway pantograph detection technology based on structured light.This technology scans the catenary and pantograph through a specific sensor light source,and extracts the structured light curve using visual sensing and image processing technologies.The 3D profile of the measured object is obtained by 3D measurement technology,and the obtained profile point cloud data is analyzed to realize online noncontact measurement of the wear and falling of the pantograph carbon slide plate and other faults.
