摘　　要：目的观察快速康复外科理念(ERAS)对腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期患者术后康复的影响。方法将78例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者以随机数字表法分为两组(各39例),对照组围手术期实施常规护理,干预组围手术期实施ERAS护理,观察两组术后康复情况、疼痛程度、心理状态及并发症发生率。结果干预组首次排气时间、首次进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,心理状态评分低于对照组,术后24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症发生率均低于对照组。结论对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围手术期实施ERAS护理可促进患者术后康复,减轻疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,缩短治疗时间,值得推广。Objective To observe the influence of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery(ERAS)on postoperative recovery during Per-ioperative Period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients.Methods 78 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into two groups(39 each)using random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group was given ERAS care.The postoperative recovery,pain intensity,psychological state,and incidence of complications were observed in both groups.Results The intervention group had shorter times for first bowel movement,first diet intake,first activity after bed rest,and hospital stay compared to the control group.The psychological state score was lower in the intervention group,and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and incidence of complications were lower in the intervention group at 24 and 48 hours after su-rgery.Conclusion Implementing ERAS care during perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients can promote postoperative recovery,reduce pain intensity,reduce the incidence of complications,and shorten the treatment time.It is worth promoting.
