摘　　要：由于不同药学岗位需求各异,单一校外实践教育基地难以满足众多研究生教学活动与毕业课题的要求,本团队提出构建以科技创新为导向的校外实践教育基地群,形成“科技项目+企业实践+毕业课题”创新链,解决企业实际难题,提高药学专业学位研究生的实践能力、应用能力和创新能力,形成产、学、研同步的校企协同育人培养新模式。Due to the diverse needs of different pharmacy positions,it is difficult for a single off-campus practice education base to meet the requirements of many postgraduates'teaching activities and graduation projects.Therefore the team proposes to construct a cluster of off-campus practice education bases oriented to science and technology innovation.By forming an innovation chain of"science and technology project+enterprise practice+graduation project",we can solve practical problems for enterprises,improve the practical ability,application ability and innovation ability of pharmacy postgraduate,and create a new model of collaborative educa tion between the university and enterprises,which is synchronized with production,learning and research.
