摘 要:为提高难生根树种——楸树无性繁殖应用技术及产业发展,从楸树嫩枝扦插和组织培养两个方向,研究了楸树无性繁殖中的关键技术。结果表明:不同繁殖技术对楸树生长有一定影响,对于楸树嫩枝扦插中激素处理为E处理(浓度500 mg·L^(-1)吲哚乙酸(IAA)比萘乙酸(NAA)为4∶1)时,其处理后发芽率为70%均高于其他浓度处理;对于嫩枝扦插高度为3~5 cm时,其发芽率均有改善,但差异无统计学意义。对于楸树组织培养的诱导过程中,得到外植体在0.1%氯化汞消毒的最适时间为9 min,且最适诱导培养基激素搭配为T6处理(MS+6-BA 0.8 mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.3 mg·L^(-1));组织培养技术会更适合楸树大面积繁殖生产。In order to promote its application technology and industrial development in asexual propagation,the key techniques in asexual propagation of Catalpa bungei were discussed and compared from two directions of cutting and tissue culture.The results showed that different propagation techniques had certain effects on the growth of Catalpa bungei.When the hormone treatment was E(500 mg·L^(-1) indole acetic acid(IAA):naphthyl acetic acid(NAA)=4∶1),the germination rate was 70%,higher than other treatments.At the same time,when the height of cutting was 3~5 cm,the germination rate was improved,but the difference was not statistically significant.In the process of tissue culture of Catalpa bungei,the optimal time for disinfection of explants with 0.1%mercury chloride was 9 min,and the optimal hormone combination of induction medium was T6 treatment(MS+6-BA 0.8 mg·L^(-1)+IBA 0.3 mg·L^(-1)).Tissue culture technology would be more suitable for large-scale reproduction and production of rowan.
