摘  要:某电厂锅炉年平均排烟温度约为124℃,夏季最高排烟温度约为140℃~150℃,排烟热损失较高。为了提高锅炉效率,减少煤耗,通过研究国内外对省煤器的使用情况发现:使用低温省煤器时,低温段存在低温腐蚀情况。为解决此问题,提出新的烟气余热改造方式,采用ND钢低温省煤器和暖风器并联以减少低温腐蚀。最终,得出低温省煤器翅片管的尺寸,并对改造方案的可行性、经济性与单独使用低温省煤器进行比较论证,论证结果表明:安装单台低温省煤器与暖风器联合系统每年节约燃煤和节水的收益为376万元。In a power plant,the average annual exhaust gas temperature of a power plant boiler is about 124℃,the highest exhaust gas temperature in summer is about 140℃~150℃,and the heat loss of exhaust gas is relatively high.In order to improve boiler efficiency and reduce coal consumption,it is found that low temperature corrosion exists in the low temperature section when using low temperature economizer by studying the use of economizer at home and abroad.In order to solve this situation,a new reconstruction method of flue gas waste heat is put forward that adopts ND steel low temperature economizer and heater in parallel to reduce low temperature corrosion.The size of the finned tube of the low temperature economizer is given,and the feasibility and economy of the transformation scheme are compared and demonstrated with the use of the low temperature economizer alone.The result shows that the annual income of coal saving and water saving can reach 3.76 million yuan by installing a single low-temperature economizer and heater combined system.
