四肢骨关节骨折经可吸收螺钉诊治的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在四肢骨关节骨折治疗中应用可吸收螺钉对病患施治,对促进其术后恢复及改善其关节功能的干预意义。方法:选择我院2019年1月-2020年12月就医的四肢骨关节骨折患者82例为研究对象,以手术治疗方案不同均分为2组,对照组41例,予以传统内固定术治疗,观察组41例,予以可吸收螺钉治疗,统计2组手术效果、术后骨折愈合时间、疼痛时间、并发症发生情况、各项临床指标及生活质量差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.6%,高于对照组的82.9%,统计学结果显示,P<0.05(x2=4.9865);观察组骨折愈合时间为(8.58±0.52)个月、疼痛评分为(2.98±1.04)分,分别优于对照组的(10.32±0.84)个月、(4.27±1.45)分(t=11.2775、4.6290,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率为4.9%,低于对照组的22.0%,检验结果显示,P<0.05(x^(2)=5.1447);观察组膝关节功能、肩关节功能、踝关节功能及髋关节功能各项临床指标评分均比对照组高(t=7.081、6.757、7.271、8.541,P<0.05);观察组综合、环境、心理、社会及躯体各项生活质量评分比对照组高(t=6.966、5.723、6.736、6.018、6.350,P<0.05)。结论:在治疗四肢骨关节骨折患者时,以可吸收螺钉展开治疗干预,可缩短患者骨折愈合时间,缓解其疼痛感的同时,还能够降低其术后并发症的发生,利于促进病患各项功能尽快恢复及改善其生活质量,适宜临床推广。Objective:To explore the intervention significance of applying absorbable screws in the treatment of bone and joint fracture of extremities to promote postoperative recovery and improve joint function.Methods:In this study,82 patients with limb bone and joint fracture who came to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were investigated.According to different surgical treatment plans,they were divided into two groups.One group was set as the conventional group with 4l patients and received traditional internal fixation;the other group was set as the experimental group with 41 patients and received absorbable screws between the groups.The differences of surgical effect,postoperative fracture healing time,pain time,complications,clinical indicators and quality of life between the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the conventional group,97.6% and 82.9%,respectively,P<0.05(x^(2)=4.9865).The fracture healing time and pain score of the experimental group were(8.58±0.52)months and(2.98±1.04)points,which were better than those of the conventional group(10.32±0.84)months and(4.27±1.45)points,t=11.2775 and 4.6290(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group(4.9%and 22.0%,respectively),with x^(2)=5.1447(P<0.05).The scores of knee function,shoulder function,ankle function and hip function in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,t=7.081,6.757,7.271,8.541(P<0.05);The scores of comprehensive,environmental,psychological,social and physical quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group t=6.966,5.723,6.736,6.018,6.350(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with bone and joint fracture of limbs,the treatment intervention with absorbable screws can shorten the time of fracture healing,relieve the pain,but also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is conduc
