抗血栓弹力带预防青壮年股骨干骨折患者深静脉血栓形成的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨抗血栓弹力带(anti-embolism stockongs,AES)在预防青壮年股骨干骨折病人深静脉血栓(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)形成中的应用效果。方法:分析我院2019年5月-2020年5月收治的150例青壮年股骨干骨折病人的病历资料,其中使用抗血栓弹力带者(观察组)75例,未应用抗血栓弹力带者(对照组)75例,2组患者进行干预前均未发现血栓及血管损伤,干预后进行相同的抗血栓药物及物理治疗,观察对比2组患者在手术前后发生深静脉血栓的情况,比较2组患者深静脉血栓形成的发生率。结果:其中观察组术前1例发生下肢深静脉血栓,其下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为1.33%,对照组术前有7例患者发生深静脉血栓,计算其下肢深静脉血栓的发生率为9.33%,组间DVT发生率比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:抗血栓弹力在预防青壮年股骨干骨折下肢深静脉血栓形成上有显著效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of anti-thromboism stockongs(AES)in prevention of deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in young and middle-aged patients with femoral shaft fracture.Methods:The medical records of 150 young and middle-aged patients with femoral shaft fracture were analyzed.Among them,75 patients who used the antithrombotic elastic band(AES group)and 75 patients who did not use the antithrombotic elastic band(control group)had no thrombosis and vascular injury before intervention.After intervention,the same antithrombotic drugs and physical therapy were performed.Deep vein thrombosis was observed before and after operation in 2 groups.x’test was used to compare the incidence of deep vein thrombosis between the two groups.Results:In the AES group,there was 1 case with lower extremity DVT and the incidence of lower extremity DVT was 1.33%,while in the control group,there were 7 cases with deep vein thrombosis and the incidence of lower extremity DVT before operation,and the difference in the incidence of DVT between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Antithrombotic elastic band can effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in young adults with femoral shaft fracture.
