基于文献计量的腕舟骨骨折手术护理研究分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腕舟骨骨折手术护理研究的进展和热点。方法:检索WOS数据库2011-2020年相关文献,分析文献时间及地区分布、作者和期刊分布以及主题聚类。结果:文献618篇,美国发文最多,206篇(33.33%)。932家机构中,阿姆斯特丹大学发文最多,38篇。发文量最高的作者是:Ring,D,18篇。主题围绕腕舟骨骨折手术术前、术中护理以及护理结局和影响因素。结论:腕舟骨骨折手术护理面临影响因素众多、需要积极的术后康复锻炼,要求护理模式不断人性化和精细化,以提高患者康复效果。Objective:To explore the progress and hot spots of surgical nursing research on carpal scaphoid fracture.Methods:The related literatures in wos database from 2011 to 2020 were retrieved,and the time and regional distribution of literatures,the distribution of authors and journals,and the subject clustering were analyzed.Results:There were 618 articles,206(33.33%)of which were published in the United States.Among 932 institutions,the University of Amsterdam has issued the most articles,38.The author with the highest number of articles is:ring,D,18.The theme revolves around the preoperative and intraoperative nursing of carpal scaphoid fracture,nursing outcomes and influencing factors.Conclusion:The operative nursing of carpal scaphoid fracture is faced with many influencing factors and needs active postoperative rehabilitation exercise.The nursing mode should be humanized and refined to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients.
