摘 要:针对蒸汽发生器二次侧复杂流动传热现象,基于iconCFD开发了新的物理模型和求解器,采用多孔介质模型完成了对蒸汽发生器二次侧的流动和换热现象的数值模拟分析。计算模型中通过映射的方法实现了不同区域之间的数据的相互交换和更新,计算结果与ATHOS软件计算的结果相比对,通过比较一次侧出口温度、二次侧出口水蒸气质量流量和二次侧进口和出口处压力,此3项与ATHOS软件计算结果误差均小于1%,验证了新求解器的有效性和可靠性。For the phenomenon of complex flow heat transfer on the secondary side of the steam generator,a new physical model and solver were developed based on iconCFD,and the porous media model was used to complete the numerical simulation analysis of the flow and boiling heat transfer phenomenon on the secondary side of the steam generator.In the calculation model,the mutual exchange and update of data between different regions were realized by the method of mapping.The calculation results were compared with the results of ATHOS.By comparing the primary side outlet temperature,the secondary side outlet steam mass flow rate and the secondary side inlet and outlet pressure,the error between the three items and the ATHOS calculation results was less than 1%,which verifies the effectiveness and reliability of the new solver.
