摘  要:结合X80钢级B型套筒的应用工况在不同条件下提取试样进行试验分析,发现在不同的焊接速度下,焊缝层高和热影响区深度随着焊接速度的提高呈下降趋势,焊缝的塑性随着焊接速度的提高整体呈现下降趋势,使用CHE507GX型号焊材以9 cm/min的速度完成的焊缝在抵抗塑性变形能力上具有一定优势;当管材加热温度大于450℃后材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度低于标准要求的555 MPa和625 MPa,且温度在大于700℃后材料强度显著降低,承载能力大幅下降。结合X80钢级B型套筒在用于油气管道缺陷修复时对管道材料性能和承载能力的影响分析,可为B型套筒焊接工艺规程的制定和B型套筒的实际应用提供相应的理论支持。In combination with the application conditions of X80 steel grade B type sleeve,the samples were extracted under different conditions for experimental analysis.It was found that under different welding speeds,the weld layer height and the depth of heat affected zone decreases with the increase of welding speed,and the plasticity of the weld decreases with the increase of welding speed.The weld completed at a speed of 9 cm/min using CHE507GX type welding material has certain advantages in resisting plastic deformation.When the heating temperature of the tube is greater than 450℃,the yield strength and tensile strength of the material are lower than the standard requirements of 555 MPa and 625 MPa,and the strength of the material is significantly reduced after the heat treatment temperature is greater than 700℃,and the bearing capacity is greatly reduced.In combination with the analysis of the influence of X80 steel grade B-type sleeve on the material properties and bearing capacity of oil and gas pipelines when used for pipeline defect repair,it can provide corresponding theoretical support for the formulation of B-type sleeve welding process regulations and the practical application of B-type sleeve.
