摘  要:市政桥梁是城市建设的重要组成部分,为有效控制市政连续梁桥大体积混凝土浇筑的质量问题,结合淮南市淮上淮河大桥工程Ⅲ标段(40+70+50)m连续梁桥在梁板、桥墩和承台结构的混凝土现场浇筑工程实践,以及以往出现问题的总结和分析,发现质量控制的关键在于浇注工艺的具体细节把控和养护阶段的温度及湿度的调控。最终通过严格把控施工工艺和布置结构内部冷水降温循环系统,把降温管在桥墩结构中水平分为8块,竖向分为6层布置,避免了出现温度裂缝和结构面的蜂窝等现象,达到较好的质量效果。该方法可为类似市政桥梁工程施工中大体积混凝土现场浇筑质量控制提供技术参考。Municipal bridges are an important part of urban construction.In order to effectively control the quality of mass concrete pouring of municipal continuous beam bridges,this paper combines the construction practice of continuous beam bridges with a length of(40+70+50)m in Huainan Huaishang Huaihe River Bridge Section III in the field of beam slab,pier and bearing platform structures,as well as the summary and analysis of previous problems,It is found that the key to quality control is to control the concrete details of the pouring process and control the temperature and humidity in the curing stage.Finally,by strictly controlling the construction process and arranging the internal cooling water circulation system of the structure,the cooling pipe is divided into 8 horizontal sections and 6 vertical layers in the pier structure,avoiding the appearance of temperature cracks and honeycomb on the structural surface,and achieving better quality control effect,which can provide relevant technical reference for the quality control of massive on-site concrete pouring of similar municipal bridge engineering structures.
