摘 要:为响应低碳可持续发展的要求,推进超低能耗建筑发展,介绍了超低能耗技术应用概况,提出了住宅中超低能耗的优势,结合上海市气候环境对超低能耗技术路线进行分析,最后以某实际住宅建设项目为例,对超低能耗建筑的建设方案进行多方面分析阐述。采用超低能耗建设方案,预计项目每年可减少约1200吨碳排放,节能减排成效显著。In order to respond to the construction of low-carbon sustainable development and promote the development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings,this paper first introduces the overview of ultra-low energy consumption,puts forward the advantages of ultra-low energy consumption in residential buildings,and then analyzes the ultra-low energy consumption technical route in combination with the climate and environment of Shanghai.Finally,according to an actual residential construction project,the construction scheme of ultra-low energy consumption buildings is analyzed and elaborated in many aspects.Using the ultra-low energy consumption construction scheme,it is estimated that the project can reduce carbon emissions by about 1200 tons per year,Significant results have been achieved in energy conservation and emission reduction.
