摘 要:章村矿作为一个老矿井,原建设爆炸材料发放硐室不能满足生产需要,需要另行选址建设爆炸材料库。针对建设选址面临的外部巷道、硐室密集交错,采空区众多,施工期间通风、出渣等系统布置困难的难题,通过对矿井生产地质情况认真调查,选取了围岩稳定、有利于布置掘进期间各生产系统、以及对现有生产系统影响最小的区域布置爆炸材料库,同时,施工期间,通过反井钻机施工一立风眼,不仅加快了施工速度,且节省了巷道掘进工程量。Zhangcun Mine is an old mine,and the original construction of an explosive material distribution chamber cannot meet production needs.Therefore,it is necessary to select another site for the construction of an explosive material warehouse.In view of the difficulties faced by the construction site selection,such as the dense intersection of external roadways and chambers,the numerous goaf areas,and the difficult layout of ventilation,slag removal,and other systems during construction,through careful investigation of the mine's production geological conditions,the surrounding rock is selected to be stable and conducive to the layout of various production systems during the excavation period And arranging explosive material warehouses in areas that have minimal impact on the existing production system.At the same time,during the construction period,a vertical air hole is constructed using a reverse shaft drill,which not only accelerates the construction speed,but also saves the amount of roadway excavation work.
