摘 要:井工开采是我国煤炭资源开采的主要手段。为解决深部硬岩岩巷炮掘施工存在的机械化程度低、劳动强度大、多设备在狭窄空间里错不开车等问题,根据硬岩岩巷炮掘施工工艺中存在的主要问题进行归结分析,设计出钻眼、装药、出矸、运输、支护等工序全流程机械化的作业线。相比以往的应用,优化了作业线的部分功能模块,并提出部分相关参数的设计要求。同时,对施工设计中应对全流程机械化作业线施工存在的弊端进行相应的优化和调整,优化了人员配置,减少了工程事故隐患,为硬岩岩巷炮掘全流程机械化设计提供参考。Underground mining is the main means of mining coal resources in China.In order to solve the problems of low mechanization,high labor intensity and multiple equipment that cannot be driven in a narrow space in the blasting construction of deep hard rock roadway,this paper summarizes and analyzes the main problems in the blasting construction process of hard rock roadway,and designs a full-process mechanized operation line design for drilling,charging,gangue removal,transportation,support and other processes.Compared with the previous application and analysis,some functional modules of the production line are optimized,and some design requirements for relevant parameters are made.At the same time,corresponding optimization and adjustment have been made to the disadvantages of the full-process mechanized construction line in the construction organization design,so as to optimize the personnel allocation,reduce the hidden dangers of engineering accidents,and provide a reference for the full-process mechanized design of blasting excavation in hard rock roadway.
