定远县石角桥闸拆除重建工程运行管理探析

摘　　要：水闸工程在水利工程中应用比较广泛,具有挡水和过水的双重作用,为水资源的综合利用提供了保障,具有较高的社会和经济效益。以定远县石角桥闸拆除重建工程的运行和管理为例,从工程情况、建设后运行管理情况、工程发挥的效益、运行管理中存在问题的分析以及提升管理水平的主要措施等5个方面进行了论述,推动水闸工程标准化、科学化管理。Sluice engineering is widely used in water conservancy projects.It has the dual functions of water retaining and overflow,providing guarantee for the comprehensive utilization of water resources,and has high social and economic benefits.The article discusses the operation and management of the Shijiaoqiao Gate Demolition and Reconstruction Project in Dingyuan County from five aspects,including the project situation,the operation and management after construction,the benefits of the project,the analysis of the problems in the operation and management,and the main measures to improve the management level,to promote the standardization and scientific management of sluice engineering.
