摘 要:基于电机有限元仿真模型和多目标遗传算法(MOGA)优化设计了圆筒型无槽永磁直线电机的关键结构参数,分析了优化设计后的直线电机在空载状态、电动状态以及发电状态下的输出性能。通过在电机两端安装侧板的方法优化了直线电机的定位力,定位力有效值从22.36 N降为2.19 N,减小了90%。根据优化结果研制了试验机并进行了相关参数的实验测试,仿真结果与实验结果吻合良好,验证了该圆筒型无槽永磁直线电机经有限元电磁仿真设计及优化方案的可行性。Based on the finite element simulation model of the motor and the multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA),the key structural parameters of the tubular slotless permanent magnet linear motor were designed and optimized,and the output performance of the optimized linear motor in the no-load state,electric state and power generation state was analyzed.The cogging force of the linear motor was optimized by installing side plates at both ends of the motor.The effective value of the cogging force was reduced from 22.36 N to 2.19 N,which was reduced by 90%.A prototype was developed and tested.The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results,which verify the feasibility of the tubular slotless permanent magnet linear motor through the finite element electromagnetic simulation design and optimization scheme.
