摘  要:神经生长因子(NGF)是影响神经的重要营养因子,被靶组织释放,以确保靶标与其神经支配之间的功能接触。NGF/原肌球蛋白受体激酶A (TrkA)信号通路是损伤及炎症的反应感觉传入的复杂调节剂,并且与疼痛、间质性膀胱炎或支气管哮喘等多种病理有关。目前,NGF/TrkA通路参与排尿通路调节神经元功能,参与多种膀胱病变,可能代表治疗膀胱功能障碍的可行靶点。该综述旨在总结目前NGF/TrkA在膀胱中的作用的实验和临床证据,从而探讨NGF/TrkA信号通路在膀胱功能障碍疾病中的作用。Nerve growth factor(NGF) is an important trophic factor affecting nerves.It is released by target tissues to ensure functional contact between target and its innervation.NGF/TrkA signaling is a complex regulator of sensory afferents in response to injury and inflammation,and has been implicated in various pathologies such as pain,interstitial cystitis or bronchial asthma.At present,NGF/TrkA pathway is involved in the urination pathway to regulate neuronal function and participate in a variety of bladder lesions,which may represent a feasible target for the treatment of bladder dysfunction.This review aims to summarize the current experimental and clinical evidence on the role of NGF/TrkA in the bladder,so as to explore the role of NGF/TrkA signaling in bladder dysfunction diseases.
