摘　　要：目的研究从铜陵凤凰山牡丹根皮中分离得到的一株内生菌Alternaria arborescens的次生代谢产物。方法应用硅胶柱色谱结合半制备高效液相色谱分离技术对发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取部位进行分离纯化,并经核磁共振、质谱分析,与文献对比鉴定结构。结果分离得到6个甾醇类化合物,分别鉴定为(22E,24R)-麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、5α,8α-环氧-(22E,24R)麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(3),5α,8α-环氧-(22E,24R)麦角甾-6,9,22-三烯-3β-醇(4),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-醇(5)和β-谷甾醇(6)。结论化合物1~6为首次从该内生菌的发酵液中分离得到。Objective To determine the secondary metabolites of Alternaria arborescens,an endophytic fungus from the fresh root barks of Paeonia ostii.Methods The compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of this bacterial strain fermented broth by multiple column chromatographies,such as silica gel and semi-preparation HPLC.Their structures were identified by NMR,MS pectroscopic analysis and literature contrast.Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as follows:(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol(1),ergosterol(2),5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol(3),5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9,22-trien-3β-ol(4),ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ol(5)andβ-sitosterol(6).Conclusion Compounds 1~6 have been isolated from the endophytic fungus for the first time.
