摘　　要：目的应用UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS技术对身痛逐瘀汤基准样品化学成分进行分析和鉴定。方法采用Waters HSS T3 C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.8μm),以0.1%甲酸水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min^(-1);结合UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS扫描提供化合物的准确分子量、二级质谱碎片离子信息等,参照软件预测分析、对照品、文献报道等进行化学成分鉴定。结果从身痛逐瘀汤基准样品中共鉴定出151个化学成分,包括黄酮类52个、三萜皂苷类25个、苯酞类19个、含氮类20个、有机酸类11个、香豆素类8个、环烯醚萜类5个及其他11个。结论利用液质联用技术鉴定身痛逐瘀汤基准样品的化合物及结构信息,并初步归纳各类主要化学成分的质谱裂解特点,为身痛逐瘀汤的药效物质基础及质量控制研究提供科学依据。Objective To identify the chemiacal constituents from Shentong Zhuyu decoction by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS.Methods The separation was performed on Waters HSS T3 C18 column(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.8μm)with gradient elution,0.1%formic acid water solution(A)-acetonitrile(B),the flow rate was 0.3 mL·min^(-1).The chemical constituents were identified and confirmed by analyzing the accurate molecular weight and the mass fragmentation pattern by UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS,and comparing with the multistage mass spectrometric data from the standard substances,software prediction and literature data.Results Totally 151 constituents were identified from Shentong Zhuyu decoction,including 52 flavonoids,25 triterpenoid saponins,19 phthalides,20 nitrogen-containing components,11 phenoliacids,8 coumarins,5 iridoids,and 11 others compounds.Conclusion UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS can be used to elucidate the chemical constituents in Shentong Zhuyu decoction,and classify herb sources of each conpound.The study provides scientific basis for pharmacodynamic material basis and the quality control of Shentong Zhuyu decoction.
