摘 要:目的研究阴干、晒干、烘干3种不同干燥方法对桑叶化学成分的影响,为桑叶的采收加工提供参考。方法测定桑叶中芦丁的含量和特征图谱,通过相似度评价、方差分析和熵权TOPSIS法对不同方法干燥的桑叶进行一致性和差异性研究。结果在采集的特征图谱中,不同方法干燥的桑叶确定了7个共有峰,指认1、3、6号峰分别为新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、芦丁;相似度分析结果显示不同方法干燥的桑叶相似度均大于0.95,方差分析结果表明方法干燥的桑叶7个共有峰含量差异无统计学意义;熵权TOPSIS法分析显示不同方法干燥的桑叶Ci值存在差异,晒干的Ci值整体优于阴干和烘干,烘干的Ci值浮动较大,阴干的Ci值则整体偏低,提示晒干桑叶质量整体稳定且优于阴干和烘干桑叶。含量测定结果显示晒干桑叶的芦丁含量整体高于阴干和烘干桑叶,与熵权TOPSIS法分析一致。结论该方法稳定性及重复性较好,可用于评价不同干燥方法对桑叶化学成分的影响。Objective To determine the influence of 3 drying methods drying in the shade,drying in the sun and heat drying on the chemical compositions of mulberry leaves,to provide reference for mulberry leaves harvesting and processing.Methods Rutin content and characteristic chromatogram of mulberry leaves were collected.The consistency and difference in mulberry leaves prepared with different drying methods were studied by similarity evaluation,variance analysis,and entropy TOPSIS method.Results In the collected characteristic chromatogram,7 common peaks were confirmed in mulberry leaves by different drying methods.Peaks 1,3 and 6 were identified as neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid and rutin.Similarity analysis showed that the similarity of mulberry leaves by different drying methods was greater than 0.95,and variance analysis also showed that content of 7 common peaks of mulberry leaves prepared by different drying methods had no difference.But entropy TOPSIS showed difference in Ci values of mulberry leaves.Ci values of mulberry leaves dried under the sun were better than dried under the shade and in the heat,and Ci values of mulberry leaves dried in the heat fluctuated,while Ci values of mulberry leaves dried in the shade were overall lower,indicating the quality of mulberry leaves dried under the sun was generally stable and better than that in the shade and in the heat.Rutin content of mulberry leaves dried under the sun was more than mulberry leaves dried in the shade or in the heat, which was consistent with that of entropy TOPSIS analysis. Conclusion The method has good stability and reproducibility, which can be used to evaluate the effect of different drying methods on the chemical compositions of mulberry leaves.
