摘  要:目的研究长裂藤黄(Garcinia lancilimba)叶中的化学成分。方法长裂藤黄叶用95%乙醇提取,二氯甲烷萃取,采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等方法对化合物进行分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从长裂藤黄叶中分离得到7个呫吨酮类化合物,分别鉴定为1,3,7-trihydroxy-2,4-diprenylxanthone(1)、globuxanthone(2)、2,6-dihydroxy-1,5-dimethoxyxanthone(3)、1,2,5-trihydroxyxanthone(4)、1,2,8-trihydroxyxanthone(5)、1,7-dihydroxyxanthone(6)、1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone(7)。分离得到的呫吨酮类化合物对人原髓细胞性白血病细胞株HL-60具有很强的抑制活性,其IC50值分别为7.1,3.8,16.2,13.7,23.5,22.0,18.4μmol·L^(-1)。结论化合物1~5为首次从长裂藤黄中分离得到,且具有较好的抗肿瘤活性。Objective To determine the chemical constitutes from the leaves of Garcinia lancilimba.Methods The compounds from dichloromethane fraction of 95%ethanol extraction of Garcinia lancilimba were separated and purified by column chromatography of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS,and semi-preparative HPLC.The structures of the isolates were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis.Results Seven xanthones were obtained and their structures were identified as 1,3,7-trihydroxy-2,4-diprenylxanthone(1),globuxanthone(2),2,6-dihydroxy-1,5-dimethoxyxanthone(3),1,2,5-trihydroxyxanthone(4),1,2,8-trihydroxyxanthone(5),1,7-dihydroxyxanthone(6),and 1,3,6,7-tetrahydroxyxanthone(7).The isolated xanthone compounds showed strong inhibitory activities against HL-60 cells,with IC50 values of 7.1,3.8,16.2,13.7,23.5,22.0,18.4μmol·L^(-1),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1~5 are obtained from Garcinia lancilimba for the first time,which shows good anti-tumor activity.
