摘 要:川西獐牙菜是龙胆科植物干燥全草,在藏医体系中自古以来用作治疗肝胆疾病。本文查阅近年来川西獐牙菜相关文章,重点围绕川西獐牙菜提取物及所含单体的药物代谢动力学过程,分别从吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等体内处置环节进行描述,同时对其质量控制方面进行综述,分析药物开发可能的挑战和困难,为进一步利用或开发川西獐牙菜提供参考。Swertia mussotii is a dried whole herb of the gentian family,which has been used in the Tibetan medicine system since ancient times to treat liver and gallbladder diseases.This article reviewed literatures related to Swertia mussotii in recent years,focusing on the pharmacokinetic processes of Swertia mussotii extract and the monomers contained therein,describing them from the in vivo disposal links such as absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion.The quality control,possible challenges and difficulties of drug development were also analyzed,providing reference for further development of Swertia mussotii.
