摘  要:目的建立百荷冻干含化糖中18种无机元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法并对其进行质量评价和风险评估。方法采用微波消解法对百荷冻干含化糖样品进行处理,通过ICP-MS同时测定K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Al、B、Zn、Ni、Cu、Co、Cr、Pb、As、Se、Cd、V、Mo等18种无机元素的含量,并通过计算重金属元素每日最大可耐受量(EDI)、靶标危害系数(THQ)、总危害指数(HI)和致癌风险(CR)进行健康风险评估。结果18种元素在相应质量浓度范围内与响应强度线性关系良好(R^(2)>0.999)。重金属健康风险评估结果显示,按标示量摄入百荷冻干含化糖后,EDI<PTDI,THQ和HI均小于1,不会对人体造成明显的健康危害,CR远低于1×10^(-6),致癌风险可忽略不计。结论百荷冻干含化糖无机元素种类含量丰富,日常服用无健康风险;该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,可为百荷冻干含化糖质量评价提供参考。Objective To analyze 18 inorganic elements in Baihe freeze-dried orally disintegrated tablets by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)and evaluate its quality and risks.Methods The sample of Baihe freeze-dried orally disintegrated tablets was processed by microwave digestion,and the contents of 18 inorganic elements,such as K,Ca,Mg,Mn,Fe,B,Zn,and Ni,were determined by ICP-MS.The estimated daily intake(EDI),target hazard quotients(THQ),hazard index(HI)and carcinogenic risks(CR)of heavy metals were determined to evaluate the health risks.Results The linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve was greater than 0.999.The EDI,THQ and CR of heavy metal health risk assessment models showed that the Baihe freeze-dried orally disintegrated tablets did not cause significant health harm and carcinogenic risks to the exposed population.Conclusion Baihe freeze-dried orally disintegrated tablets contain rich inorganic elements.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the accurate determination of inorganic elements in Baihe freeze-dried orally disintegrated tablets,providing a comprehensive quality control and evaluation method.
