摘　　要：目的建立衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外分光光度法(ATR-FTIR)快速测定西甲硅油乳剂中西甲硅油的含量。方法采用标准曲线法,以液体石蜡和正己烷为混合溶剂,测定西甲硅油乳剂中西甲硅油的含量。扫描次数为64次,扫描范围为4000~650 cm^(-1),分辨率为4 cm^(-1),测定特征吸收峰为1260 cm^(-1)处,量取峰高作为吸光度。结果西甲硅油在5.724~85.86 mg·mL^(-1)内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),低、中、高浓度样品的平均加样回收率分别为98.8%、102.5%、103.1%,RSD分别为0.68%、0.44%、0.65%(n=3)。3批样品的含量测定结果为39.14、39.88、40.38 mg·mL^(-1)。结论本方法简便、快捷,适用性广、安全性高,巧妙采用液体石蜡减少正己烷的挥发性并省去液体吸收池等附件带来的误差,优于以往的方法,可用于西甲硅油乳剂中西甲硅油含量的快速测定。Objective To establish a Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry with attenuated total reflection(ATR-FTIR)to determine simethicone content in simethicone emulsion.Methods The standard-curve was used to measure simethicone with liquid paraffin and N-hexane as the mixed solvent.The spectra were recorded after 64 scans,each measured in the range 4000~650 cm^(-1) with a resolution of 4 cm^(-1).A characteristic wave number(1260 cm^(-1))was chosen for the determination and the peak height was used as the absorbance value.Results An excellent linearity(r=0.9993)was found between the absorbance and the concentration of simethicone(5.724~85.86 mg·mL^(-1)).The average recovery of low,medium and high concentration samples were 98.8%,102.5%,and 103.1%,and RSD were 0.68%,0.44%and 0.65%(n=3).The content determinations of three batches were 39.14,39.88,and 40.38 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.Conclusion The method is rapid,simple,safe and useful.The smart use of liquid paraffin to reduce the volatility of n-hexane and to decrease errors due to accessories such as liquid absorption cells helps quickly determine the content of simethicone in simethicone emulsion, which is superior to previous methods.
