摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴战略对农村基层党组织的组织能力提出了新要求,为了能够适应新的变化与挑战,农村基层党组织需要在队伍建设、管理机制以及组织链接等方面完成结构性的调适提升。其主要变化在于,村党支部书记的选任机制从封闭走向开放,村党支部书记队伍的管理逐渐从粗放走向规范,村级党组织与各级党组织之间的纵横联系得到加强。这一系列的调整变化不仅提升了村党支部书记队伍的整体素质,而且使农村基层党组织的组织协调能力得到明显改善。The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy has put forward new requirements for the ability of rural grass-roots Party organizations。In order to adapt to the new changes and challenges,the rural grassroots party organizations need to complete structural adjustments and improvements in team building,management mechanisms,and organizational links.The main change is that the selection and appointment mechanism of village branch secretaries has changed from closed to open,the management of the Village Party branch secretary team changed from extensive to standardized,the contacts between village Party organizations and Party organizations at all levels have been strengthened.This series of adjustments and changes have not only improved the quality and ability of the village Party branch secretary team qualitatively,but also the organizational and coordination capabilities of rural grassroots party organizations have significantly improved.
