摘　　要：“靖国史观”是日本右翼势力近年来推崇的错误史观,不仅侵蚀着日本国内的政治,更危害了东亚合作大势。“靖国史观”是靖国神社“游就馆”中所展示的历史观,“免罪论”是它得以影响东亚国际关系的核心内容。“靖国史观”的产生既有日本国内政治原因,也有中美日三国复杂的国际关系原因,对中日关系和东亚外交造成了长期的恶劣影响并将会继续发展。“靖国史观”问题只能由日本自身解决。但我国可以积极应对“靖国史观”的挑战,消除“靖国史观”的恶果,为促进“一带一路”倡议和解决台湾问题扫清障碍。The“Y asukuni historical view”is a wrong view of history advocated by the Japanese right-wing forces in recent years,which not only erodes Japan's domestic politics,but also endangers the overall trend of East Asia cooperation.The“Yasukuni Historical View”is the historical view displayed in the“Yusyukan”of the Yasukuni Shrine,and the“theory of impunity”is the core content of its influence on international relations in East Asia.The emergence of the“Yasukuni Historical View”is due to both Japan's domestic politics and the complex international relations between China,the United States and Japan,which has had a long-term adverse impact on China Japan relations and East Asia diplomacy and will continue to develop.The issue of“Yasukuni Historical View”can only be solved by Japan itself.However,China can actively respond to the challonges of the“Yasukuni Historical View”,eliminate the consequences of the“Y asukuni Historical View”,and clear away obstacles for promoting the Belt and Road initiative and solving the Taiwan Question.
