摘 要:舰船污损会造成船体摩擦阻力增加、螺旋桨效率下降、海底门堵塞致冷却系统效率下降等一系列问题,导致燃油消耗急剧增加。为定量分析污损相关费用和科学确定水下清洗策略,结合外军污损等级定义,提出了我军舰船污损程度分级方法;结合已有污损等级对应的舰船推进轴功率增量结论,给出了不同污损程度下舰船燃油增量费用、涂料成本和水下清洗费用的近似计算公式,并建立了舰船全寿命周期中污损相关费用计算模型;针对不同涂装间隔、不同水下清洗策略,对污损相关增量费用进行了计算和对比分析。结果表明:舰船污损带来极大的额外燃油消耗,采取合适的水下清洗方法可大大降低污损费用。该研究结果可为舰船设计、维修保障部门确定舰船修理结构、科学维修保障决策提供定量计算方法参考,以提高舰船全寿命保障的经济性。Ship fouling will cause a series of adverse effects,such as the increase of hull friction resistance,the decrease of propeller efficiency,and the decrease of cooling system efficiency due to the blockage of submarine door,resulting in a sharp increase in fuel consumption.In order to quantitatively analyze the costs related to fouling and scientifically determine the underwater cleaning strategy,a classification method of Chinese warship's fouling grade was proposed with the definition of foreign military's fouling rate for reference.Combined with the conclusion of the power increment of the propulsion shaft corresponding to the existing fouling grade,the approximate calculation formulas of the incremental cost of fuel,paint cost and underwater cleaning cost of ships under different fouling grade were given,and the calculation model of the costs related to fouling in the whole life cycle of ships was established.For different coating intervals and different underwater cleaning strategies,the incremental costs related to fouling were calculated and compared.The calculation results show that ship fouling brings great extra fuel consumption,and adopting appropriate underwater cleaning method can greatly reduce the cost related to fouling.The research results can serve as a quantitative calculation reference for the ship design and maintenance support departments to determine the ship repair structure and make scientific maintenance support decisions,so as to improve the economy of ship life-cycle support.
