摘 要:海战场对抗环境下,水下航行器受到敌方打击时易出现传感器损坏。此时,若采用常规的辅助机械声学故障诊断方法则会导致较大误差。针对该问题,提出了辅助机械声学故障简化诊断的概念,构建了基于改进D-S证据理论的辅助机械声学故障简化诊断模型,给出了简化声学故障诊断的实施步骤,并利用试验证明了该方法的可行性。试验分析表明:改进的证据合成规则有效解决了传统D-S证据理论无法解决证据冲突的缺陷,从而保证了该方法用于传感器故障时辅助机械声学故障诊断问题的有效性,为传感器故障时水下航行器辅助机械声学故障简化诊断的工程实现提出了一种可能。At sea battlefield,underwater vehicles may be struck by enemies.In such cases,some onboard sensors would be destroyed and the invalid data would be given.Based on the invalid data,traditional underwater vehicle auxiliary machinery acoustic fault diagnosis methods will lead to a wrong result.To solve the problem,the concept of underwater vehicle auxiliary machinery acoustic fault simplified diagnosis was proposed,and a simplified diagnosis model based on improved D-S theory model was presented.The simplified diagnosis steps were also given and the validity of the method had been proved by experiments.The results of analysis show that the model can solve the problem of evidential conflict,which traditional D-S theory cannot figure out.So,the availability for the problem of sensors failure can be achieved.And the method presents a possibility for real-time underwater vehicle auxiliary machinery acoustic fault simplified diagnosis of some on-board sensors failure.
