摘 要:以液力偶合器用大流量换向阀为研究对象,建立大流量换向阀CFD分析模型,对大流量换向阀进行改进性设计。研究表明:流道截面确定的情况下,流道内最高流速由工作流量决定。随着流量的增大,流道内整体流速及最高压力呈线性增加趋势;结构优化后,局部通流截面得到过渡,流速有效降低,耗散及滞止效应缓和,阀体整体通流性能得到增强。设计制造出大流量换向阀样件,并开展了型式试验,为液力偶合器用大流量换向阀的设计提供了参考。Taking the large flow reversing valve for hydraulic coupling as the research object,the CFD analysis model of the large flow reversing valve is established,and the improved design of the large flow reversing valve is carried out.The maximum velocity in the channel is determined by the working flow rate when the cross section of the channel is determined.With the increase of flow rate,the overall velocity and the maximum pressure in the flow channel increase linearly;after the structure optimization,the local flow cross section is transited,the flow rate is effectively reduced,the dissipation and stagnation effects are alleviated,and the overall flow performance of the valve body is enhanced.The sample of large flow reversing valve was designed and manufactured,and the type test was carried out,which provided a reference for the design of large flow reversing valve for hydraulic coupling.
