摘  要:日钢7号高炉因高硫煤的成分及热值异常出现炉况波动,且频繁出现管道气流,导致被迫减风。在炉况恢复过程中,通过控制炉温避免了炉凉;在风压风量恢复后,由于存在管道气流,仍然波动较大;之后,通过调整上部装料制度,彻底消除了管道气流。管道气流治理的主要经验是:①小风量喷吹煤粉,防止炉凉;②提焦比锰矿洗炉,恢复风量;③上下部制度调整精准配合,消除管道气流。炉况波动处理后的第3天,高炉燃料比下降至510kg/t,第6天利用系数恢复至3.4V(m^(3)·d)。The operating conditions of Rizhao Steel No.7 BF fluctuate due to abnormal composition and calorific value of high-sulfur coal,and frequently occurred channelized gas flow,thus the blast flowrate has to be decreased.As the furnace conditions are recovering,the furnace temperature is prevented from lowering down by means of temperature control;but the fluctuation of furnace conditions is still higher when normal blast pressure and flowrate are applied due to the channelized gas flow;this problem is eliminated completely later on by conditioning the charging system,and the main experience is summa-rized as follows:(1)Injecting pulverized coal injection at lower blast flowrate to prevent furnace temperature from lowering;(2)Increasing the coke rate and slugging the furnace with manganese ore with blast flowrate restored;(3)Acutely condi-tioning the charging and blasting system to eliminate the channelized gas flow.As a result,the furnace fuel rate declines to 510kg/t on the 3rd day and the productivity goes up to 3.4V(m^(3)·d)on the 6th day after the fluctuation of furnace condi-tions is handled.
