摘　　要：兼具可靠易扩展和上层需求响应的运行控制方式有利于高比例分布式电源的接入组网。该文针对高比例分布式电源接入直流系统组网,在分散式控制的基础上,结合主从式控制的优点,提出一种新的分散式控制策略。该策略基于母线电压主动调节,不增加额外通信,换流站等平衡节点根据自身功率偏差信息主动调节母线电压,光伏和储能等非平衡节点则根据本地的母线电压偏差和利用率信息自适应调节出力,直至平抑系统功率波动,母线电压偏差也可消除。平衡节点与非平衡节点相互支撑,可实现无差调节,同时各节点共同承担母线电压,可靠性高。多种场景下的仿真结果验证了所提控制策略的有效性和可靠性。A reliable,extensive control strategy that can respond to the demand of the upper grid is favorable for the high proportional renewable sources connected into the DC power system.This paper proposes a novel decentralized control strategy based on the decentralized control strategy and the advantages of master-slave control strategy in view of the high proportion of distributed power connected to the DC system.The balanced nodes,such as the voltage-source converter or the battery system,adjusts the bus voltage actively according to its own power deviation.Then the other unbalanced nodes increase or decrease their output power adaptively by sensing the local bus voltage deviation,until the power deviation becomes zero.In this way,the static bus voltage deviation can also be eliminated.The two kinds of power nodes support each other to achieve indifference adjustment.The system reliability is thus high with each node contributing to the bus voltage.Simulation results under various scenarios have verified the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed control strategy well.
