基于CiteSpace的宫颈癌中医药领域研究热点与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的应用可视化方法分析近30年国内外宫颈癌中医药领域研究热点及趋势。方法以“宫颈癌”“中医药”等为研究主题,检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(重庆维普)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、PubMed、Web of Science核心数据库(WoS)1992年1月1日-2022年1月1日宫颈癌中医药领域研究文献,采用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献1123篇、英文文献573篇,发文量呈逐渐上升趋势。中文发文量最多的作者是金哲,英文发文量最多的作者是CHEN GUO;中文发文量最多的机构是北京中医药大学;英文发文量最多的机构是Chinese Academy of Med Sciences(中国医学科学院)。关键词共现网络频次排名前3位(去除检索词)的中文关键词为“宫颈糜烂”“尿潴留”“云南白药”;英文关键词为“hela cell”“bibliometric”“information monitoring system”。中文关键词形成11个聚类,25个突现词;英文关键词形成9个聚类,17个突现词。结论近30年国内外宫颈癌中医药领域研究内容丰富,中医药可发挥拮抗人乳头瘤病毒、增强免疫功能及调节中医体质、提升生活质量等作用,目前研究热点为宫颈癌机制探究及并发症疗效研究,研究趋势为临床疗效研究。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)for cervical cancer at home and abroad in recent 30 years through visualization method.Methods By setting"cervical cancer"and"TCM"as the research subjects,the articles were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,PubMed,and Web of Science Core database(WoS)from January 1,1992 to January 1,2022.Citespace 5.8 R3 software was used to conduct visual analysis on the authors,institutions and keywords included in the articles.Results A total of 1123 Chinese articles and 573 English articles were included.The number of articles issued showed a gradual upward trend;the author with the largest number of Chinese publications was Jin Zhe,and the author with the largest number of English publications was Chen Guo.The institution with the largest number of Chinese publications was Beijing University of Chinese Medicine;the institution with the largest number of English publications was Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Keywords co-occurrence of the top 3 Chinese keywords in the network frequency(excluding the search words)were"cervical erosion","urinary retention"and"Yunnan Baiyao";English keywords were"HeLa cell","bibliometric",and"information monitoring system".Chinese keywords formed 11 clusters and 25 emergent words;English keywords formed 9 clusters and 17 emergent words.Conclusions The research content in the field of TCM of cervical cancer about knowledge map in the past 30 years at home and abroad is rich.TCM can play the role of antagonizing human papillomavirus,enhancing immune function,regulating TCM constitution,improving quality of life and so on.At present,the research hotspot is the mechanism exploration of cervical cancer and the curative effect research of clinical complications,and the research trend is clinical curative effect research.
