摘　　要：目的 了解2016—2020年浙江省居民健康素养水平及变化趋势,为后续制定有针对性的健康促进策略和相关政策提供依据。方法 采用分层多阶段随机抽样结合人口规模成比例概率抽样(probability proportionate to size sampling,PPS)法,对浙江省15~69岁常住居民(不包括集体居住)进行问卷调查,健康素养水平根据2010年全省第六次人口普查调查数据进行标化处理,采用频数统计分析变化趋势。结果 2016—2020年每年调查15~69岁常住居民1万余人。各年浙江省居民健康素养水平分别为20.69%、23.03%、26.64%、29.49%、33.08%,年均增涨2.48%,增长率为59.88%。不同人口学特征人群5年间健康素养水平变化趋势不同。结论 2016—2020年浙江省居民健康素养水平持续增长,在今后健康促进工作中应有针对性地加强重点维度健康素养,以及着力推进重点人群健康素养的提升。Objective To understand the trend of health literacy among residents in Zhejiang from 2016 to 2020, and to provide reference for formulation of health promotion policies in targeted population.Methods Residents aged 15-69 years were recruited using stratified multi-stage sampling along with probability proportionate to size(PPS) sampling method, and a questionnaire survey was conducted. Data of health literacy were standardized based on the population data from the sixth national census of Zhejiang Province in 2010, and analyzed using frequencies, chi-square test and logistic regression model.Results More than 10 000 residents in Zhejiang were surveyed each year during 2016 and 2020, the annual percentages of residents with health literacy were 20. 69%, 23. 03%, 26. 64%, 29. 49%, 33. 08%,respectively, with the average annual increase of 2. 48% and the five-year growth rate of 59. 88%. Trends of health literacy levels in different demographic populations varied significantly during 5 years.Conclusions From 2016 to 2020, the overall health literacy level continues to increase among residents in Zhejiang. In the future, the health promotion policy should lean to key areas and targeted groups.
