膜下滴灌甜菜区中耕除草机的结构及特点

摘　　要：甜菜中除草机将耘、旋、耥各部分器具组合在一起,以四轮车牵引和动力输出为动力,同时实现耘地、旋地、耥地功能.由于中耕将膜下滴灌平作的栽培形式改为膜下滴灌垄作栽培模式.同一台机械上耘、旋、耥功能相互补充,既达到了中耕的目的,又达到了除草的目的,通过甜菜生育期中耕两次,将垄作的优点体现在膜下滴灌甜菜栽培上,膜下滴灌甜菜中耕后,起到了集雨节水、改善土壤理化状况、减少除草剂用量的作用.Sugarbeet weeding machine combines weeding,rotating and ploughing tools together,powered by four-wheel traction and power output,while the function of weeding,rotating and ploughing can be realized.Because of intertilage,the cultivation form of drip irrigation under plastic film was changed to ridge cultivation mode under plastic film.The functions of weeding,rotating and ploughing on the same machine complement each other,which not only achieves the goal of intertillage,but also achieves the goal of weeding.The advantages of ridge cultivation are embodied through intertillage twice during sugarbeet growing period.After intertillage,it has played the role of rainwater harvesting and water saving,improving soil physical and chemical conditions,and reducing herbicide dosage.
