摘　　要：通过分析橘皮竹茹汤合香砂六君子汤化裁方治疗顽固性妊娠恶阻虚实夹杂型典型病例3则,探讨顽固性妊娠恶阻病机变化及化裁方的组方依据、方药性味特点,其方药性味特点最为重要的一部分是让患者可服下此方药液,且服下后不呕吐,最终使之发挥疗效。By analyzing three typical cases of Jupi Zhuru Decoction combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction with modifications in the treatment of intractable morning sickness with deficiencyexcess in complexity,the present study explored the pathogenesis of intractable morning sickness,formulation basis of modified prescription,and nature and flavor characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine drugs.By virtue of the nature and flavor characteristics of TCM drugs,this prescription can be taken by patients without vomiting,thereby achieving a curative effect.
