践行“武昌模式”及中医“通治方”在北京新冠疫情期间的运用

摘　　要：仝小林院士在武汉疫情期间提出了“武昌模式”以应对突发传染病的防控,是中医药在新冠疫情期间的成功典范。张红梅、周强、熊卫红等医师在应对北京新冠疫情的爆发时,践行了仝小林院士的“武昌模式”,建立了社区疫情防控的医疗团队和微信群服务模式;并充分运用“寒湿疫”的理论指导,总结患者资料,提出了本轮北京“寒湿疫”的病机及其转化规律,拟定通治方,在北京3个社区卫生服务机构中得到一致好评,运用中医药有效地服务于当地群众。Academician Tong Xiaolin proposed the"Wuchang Model"to deal with the prevention and control of sudden infectious diseases during the pandemic in Wuhan,which is a successful example of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)during COVID-19.Zhang Hongmei,Zhou Qiang,Xiong Weihong,and other doctors have practiced the"Wuchang Model"of Academician Tong Xiaolin in response to the outbreak of cOVID-19 in Beijing.They established a medical team and WeChat group service model for community pandemic prevention and control,proposed the pathogenesis and transformation rules of the cold-dampness pandemic in Beijing based on medical data of patients guided by the theory of cold-dampness pandemic,formulated Tongzhi Formula,which was unanimously praised in three community health service institutions in Beijing,and effectively served local residentswithTCM.
