穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩护理在骨科手术后防治便秘的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科手术后便秘患者应用穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩的护理效果。方法纳入我院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的骨科手术后便秘患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分2组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施穴位贴敷结合腹部按摩干预,比较两组的便秘改善情况、矢气次数、排便次数、术后距首次排便时间、每次排便时间、排便间隔时间。结果研究组的便秘改善情况优良率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组48 h、72 h的矢气次数和排便次数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后距首次排便时间、每次排便时间和排便间隔时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将穴位贴敷与腹部按摩应用于骨科手术后便秘患者的护理干预中,能促进患者排便和排气,改善便秘情况。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with abdominal massage on constipation patients after orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation after orthopaedic surgery who were treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomized into control group(n=30,routine nursing)and study group(n=30,routine nursing+acupoint application+abdominal massage)with the random number table.The constipation,farting frequency,defecation frequency,the time of initial defecation after operation,duration of each defecation,and defecation interval were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of constipation was satisfactory in 93.33%of the patients in the study group,and the figure in the control group was 70.00%(P<0.05).The frequency of farting and defecation in 48 h and 72 h was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The time of initial defecation after operation,duration of each defecation,and defecation interval in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and abdominal massage should be used for patient with constipation after orthopedic surgery,which can promote the farting and defecation and alleviate constipation.
